Reason
The following may be causing the issue.
- Your device may not meet the recommended operating environment.
- Your device may not have enough free storage space.
- Your network connection may be unstable.
What to do
If you cannot install the app, please try the following five steps.

Check whether your device meets the recommended operating environment
For supported devices and operating systems, please check this page. -
Clear the cache for the Google Play Store app
- Open your device settings.
- Tap [Apps & notifications], [App info], or [See all apps].
- Tap [Google Play Store].
- Tap [Storage].
- Tap [Clear storage] and [Clear all data].
- Restart your device and reinstall the PairCare app

Turn off Wi-Fi
If you were connected using Wi-Fi, turn off Wi-Fi and try installing again. -
Check that your device has enough free storage space
If your device storage is full, the app may not be able to install.
Free up storage by deleting apps you rarely use, or by backing up photos and videos outside your device and then deleting them from the device.
